- Clean and dust leasing office- Clean and dust common area's of the community including but not limited to elevators, hallways, stairwells, breezeways, and laundry rooms- Dust baseboards and fire extinguisher cases in hallways.- Clean exercise room (mirrors, windows, equipment, blinds, floors, etc.)- Check grounds up to buildings for debris- Check trash shoots – make sure they’re not backed up and that they smell nice.- Prepare units for new move-ins as directed by the Community Manager
