-The annual salary ranges from $110K to $120K

Responsabilities:
- Provide strong support to all on-site management teams by motivating them, supporting them and communicating regularly with each member.
- Maintain the physical appearance of the communities and occupancy standards at the highest level achievable while providing the maximum level service to residents.
- Promote good resident relations and personally handle resident complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Help to determine training needs and train Community Managers for assigned portfolio.
- Meet Federal, state and local community standards and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Maximize the gross potential by utilizing the approved marketing plan, raising rents when possible.
- Reduce excessive fuel and utility consumption.
- Implement long term capital improvement programs.
- Optimize property value for future refinancing or sale.
- Directly supervises Community Managers of assigned communities and Area Manager, if applicable, as well as indirectly services office and maintenance employees at the same communities
Position Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a regional property manager role
- Must have affordable housing experience
- Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software
- A working knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand financial reports to include Profit and Loss Statements and General Ledgers
