Ensure regulatory compliance with all necessary governing agencies by screening all potential residents for eligibility; performing income certifications and re-certifications; completing all move-in, move-out, interim, and annual re-certifications with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner; maintaining waitlist records, resident files, and all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports according to government regulations; and conducting regular, independent file audits in accuracy and track and make any necessary corrections.

Position Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in apartment leasing

- Affordable Housing Requirements - BOND/LIHTC is required

- A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart

- Experience with specialized property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to learn such software

- Excellent communication and customer service skills • Assist with the recertification process and resident relations

- Instrumental in collection efforts

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred)

- Ability to travel between locations and work a flexible floater schedule, including some Saturdays (Must have reliable transportation)

Schedule Requirements:

Monday - Friday/Some weekends but not every weekend
