Plan and staff the renovation project plan(s) by creating a detailed work plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project; managing the project budget according to the established accounting policies and procedures; collaborating with senior management to recruit, interview, and select subcontractors and additional project staff with the appropriate skills needed to complete the project; and ordering, handling, and managing project materials according to established procedures.

Implement and execute the renovation project plan(s) by demolishing countertops, cabinets, and vanities; removing and installing appliances, plumbing, light fixtures, hardware, electrical components, doors, and trim; and light carpentry work. 

Monitor and record the projects activities according to the established project plan by developing a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources to review with stakeholders in the project and making necessary adjustments; managing project subcontractors and staff according to the establishes policies and practices of the organization; and ensuring the project objectives meet the expected level of quality in a timely manner while adhering to the set budget.

Position Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in construction management or related field

- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to respond to on-call emergencies, when needed

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends when necessary to meet project milestones.

- Computer literacy skills

-A high school diploma or equivalent
